Technological process
Basic process: automatic cup dropping, automatic metering and blanking, automatic film absorption, automatic sealing, pushing cup out of cup.
1. Frame part: A3 channel steel of the frame is welded and wrapped with stainless steel 304, and other parts are plated and made of aluminum alloy;
(1) Aluminum plate part: module aluminum plate 2-hole aluminum alloy acid resistant aluminum mold. (new machines can be designed according to user needs).

Product details

The cup dropping device is composed of a frame, a slide rail, a cup storage bin, and a cup pushing cylinder. It is controlled by a PLC system and supports multiple types of capsule cups.

Screw metering, accurate blanking and filling, 304 stainless steel material contact part, no filling without cup.

 

The vacuum arm is used to grab the film and put it directly above the empty cup, which has high accuracy, time-saving and high efficiency.

 

It adopts constant temperature hot pressing sealing, with tight sealing, and the temperature can be adjusted independently to adapt to a variety of sealing materials.

Touch screen control, fast parameter setting, Chinese and English man-machine interface, easy to operate.
