Filling Nozzles

The Filling value is made from food grade SUS304 materials.

Replenish Transfer Pump
The pump we used famous brand with high qualtiy. If your storage tank on ground,it will be necessary to add the transfer pump to replenish liquid automatically. 
If your storage tannk on high level,the pump will be not used.Because there will forming gravity to achieved replenish automatically.

Accurate metering control
1: The self flowing liquid filling machine adopts fixed flow channel parameters and controls the filling time to achieve different filling quantities;
2: The filling volume can be adjusted initially to the required filling volume, and then fine tuned to obtain the ideal filling measurement accuracy;
3: The measurement of each filling head can be adjusted to achieve the consistency of filling measurement.
4: The precise filling time of the pneumatic valve can be set to 0.01 seconds. The self flow liquid filling machine can control the measurement accuracy within the error range of ± 1%, reduce unnecessary material consumption, and improve the economic benefits of users.
5: This liquid filling machine has set the bottle feeding technical procedure. If there is no bottle and the count is not in place, it will not be filled. Only when the number of bottles recorded by the counter is consistent with the set number of filling bottles, it will start filling.
