Production process
The production process of carbonated beverages can be divided into one-time filling method and two-time filling method.
(1) One time filling method
It is also called pre blending filling method, finished product filling method or pre mixing method. Pre pump the flavoring syrup and water into the carbonated beverage mixer according to a certain proportion, mix quantitatively and then cool, then carbonate the mixture and put it into the container.

(2) Secondary filling method

A design chart
1.Bottle flushing part
Air feeding device is adopted for bottle feeding, and the way of hanging the bottle neck is adopted. The bottle feeding speed is fast and the bottle will not be deformed. Brand new stainless steel clamp. Simple structure and convenient adjustment; The contact area with the bottle mouth is small, which effectively avoids the secondary pollution to the bottle mouth.
2.Filling part
The filling valve adopts isobaric mechanical valve, which is fast and sensitive, and the filling liquid level precision is high. Carbonated beverage filling machine adopts stepless variable frequency speed regulation. The bottle guide system is simple in structure and can be changed quickly and conveniently according to the bottle type.
3.Capping part
In the capping part, the caps sorted by the capping machine are screwed onto the bottles of the filled products and sent to the next process by the conveyor chain. 304/316 stainless steel structure is adopted.

This machine is mainly used for bottle flushing, filling and capping of glass bottles of beverages containing carbon dioxide gas.
1. Technical structure characteristics
a. Bottle flushing part:
This machine is a rotary bottle washing machine, which is mainly used for washing new bottles of beverages, water and other products. Then the bottle is sent to the filling machine for product filling.
The bottle feeding screw and conveying chain are adopted, so it is simple and easy to change the bottle type. After the bottle enters the machine through the bottle feeding screw, it is directly sent to the bottle washing machine by the bottle feeding steel pulley for washing.
Bottle transmission adopts the card bottleneck technology. Changing the bottle shape does not need to adjust the height of the equipment, but only needs to replace the arc guide plate related to the diameter of the bottle body. Changing the bottle shape only needs to replace a small number of star wheels, and the arc guide plate can be achieved;
After the bottle enters the host machine, it enters the bottle washing machine through the transmission star wheel. The bottle clamp clamps the bottle mouth and turns it up 180 ° along the bottle washing guide rail to make the bottle mouth downward. In the specific area of the bottle washing machine, the nozzle of the bottle washing clamp sprays sterile water to wash the inner wall of the bottle. After washing and draining, the bottle is clamped by the bottle clamp and turned down 180 ° along the guide rail to make the bottle mouth upward. The washed bottles are exported from the bottle washing machine through stainless steel pulleys and transferred to the next filling.

b. Filling part:
The filling machine is designed and manufactured by itself using the isobaric filling principle to fill the liquid into the washed bottles sent by the bottle washing machine.
The filling valve adopts isobaric mechanical valve, which is fast and sensitive, and the filling liquid level precision is high.
The centering guide adopts the guide rod centering and the bottle mouth clamping technology. The accurate sealing between the bottle mouth and the filling valve reduces the leakage of materials from the bottle mouth.
The main transmission adopts gear transmission, i.e. open combined transmission, which has high efficiency, low noise, long service life, convenient maintenance and sufficient lubrication. The frequency converter is used to control the speed of the main motor of the machine, and the machine adopts stepless frequency conversion speed regulation.
The bottle guide system is simple in structure and can be changed quickly and conveniently according to the bottle type. The whole machine adopts the card bottleneck structure for transportation.
The whole machine is automatically controlled by PLC, and the fault is displayed online, such as bottle blockage, lack of cover, etc.
The materials in the filling cylinder are automatically controlled, and the liquid level height is detected by the liquid level sensor, so the liquid level is stable and the filling is reliable.

c. Capping part:
In the capping part, the caps sorted by the capping machine are screwed onto the bottles filled with products, and sent to the next process by the conveyor chain.
The capping machine drives the rotary disc to rotate through the reducer. Make the cover leave the hopper from the cover outlet under the action of centrifugal force. There is a positive and negative cover separation device at the outlet. When the negative cover passes, the cover automatically falls into the return pipe, and the negative cover is automatically blown into the hopper by wind. Only the positive cover can smoothly enter the slide. The cover amount in the hopper is automatically detected by the photoelectric switch to control the cover conveyor, and the following cover is completed. When the positive cover enters the slide, it can enter the cover feeding plate smoothly. In order to prevent accidents, an anti reverse cover dial is configured on the slide to ensure that the cover entering the cover feeding plate is correct. A pair of photoelectric switches are also configured on the slide. When no cover is detected, the host machine will be stopped immediately. In order to effectively remove the bad cover without anti-theft ring and the remaining cover when cleaning the hopper, a movable outlet directly opposite the hopper outlet can meet this function.
The screw cap is magnetic screw cap, with overload protection function, and the screw cap torque is stable and reliable. The cover shall be free of gnawing, high, crooked and curling.
Main features:
1. Bottle feeding mechanism
1) The air duct is directly connected with the bottle feeding paddle wheel.
2) The bottle inlet shifting wheel adopts an innovative bottle opening clamping mechanism with bottle separation function, which cancels the bottle inlet screw and conveying chain. It is unnecessary to replace and adjust any parts to change the bottle shape.
3) Equipped with pneumatic bottle blocking device.
2. Bottle washing machine
1) All rotating discs are welded with stainless steel ANSI304.
2) Large flat toothed bearing, stable and reliable operation.
3) The overturned bottle clamp is used, and the bottle clamp is stuck at the bottleneck, avoiding the possible pollution of the screw thread of the bottle mouth caused by the rubber clamp block on the traditional bottle clamp. The bottle clamp is made of stainless steel ANSI304, which is hygienic and durable.
4) The spray nozzle is used, and the bottle flushing water is sprayed at a set angle, which can be flushed to any part of the inner wall of the bottle, so as to wash it clean and save the bottle flushing water.
5) The lifting mechanism of the bottle flushing nozzle is adopted, and the nozzle is inserted into the bottle for flushing. At the same time, the water consumption for bottle flushing is reduced, which is more suitable for the production needs of large bottles.
6) The bottle clamp and the sliding sleeve of the turnover mechanism adopt German igus corrosion-resistant maintenance free bearings.
7) The bottle washing power is transmitted by the transmission system in the frame through gears.
3. Transition pulley
1) The bottle clamp at the bottle mouth is used to replace the traditional shifting wheel. Changing the bottle shape does not require adjusting the height of the equipment, nor replacing and adjusting any parts
4. Filling machine
1) All rotating discs are made of stainless steel 304.
2) Large flat toothed bearing, stable and reliable operation.
3) The filling method is isobaric filling.
4) High precision, high-speed liquid level filling valve, liquid level accuracy ≤± 2mm.
5) The annular hydraulic cylinder is adopted, and the liquid level of the hydraulic cylinder is controlled by the magnetic float level gauge.
6) The lifting mechanism of lifting cylinder bottle is adopted, and the bottle clamp and pre cover are used to clamp the bottle mouth. Changing the bottle shape requires no replacement and adjustment of any parts.
7) The filling power is transmitted by the transmission system in the rack through gears.
5. Capping machine
1) Magnetic constant torque capping head, stable and reliable capping effect, capping defect rate ≤ 0.2%.
2) The cover falling guide rail is equipped with a mechanism to prevent the reverse cover from passing through and taking out. At the same time, it is equipped with a group of photoelectric switches. When there is no cover on the cover falling guide rail, the machine will automatically stop running, which can effectively avoid the occurrence of uncapped bottles.
3) It is equipped with a bottle feeding detection switch of the capping machine, which is interlocked with the cap locking cylinder at the connection of the cap dropping guide rail and the cap pulling plate to control the discharge of the cap. When there is no bottle, stop feeding the cap to reduce the loss of the cap.
4) Centrifugal cover arrangement, small wear of cover.
5) The cap adjuster is equipped with a cap missing detection mechanism, which is used to control the start and stop of the bottle cap elevator.
6. Bottle delivery pulley
1) The bottle bottom conveying mode is adopted, and the bottle bottom supporting plate is a spiral downward curve. Changing the bottle shape does not need to adjust the height of the machine and the bottle outlet conveying chain.
7. Bottle delivery chain
1) The drive motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, which is synchronized with the three in one filling machine, which can effectively prevent the bottle from overturning.
2) Photoelectric switch is installed on the bottle delivery chain. When bottle blockage occurs, the three in one filling machine can be controlled to slow down and stop.
8. Rack
1) The frame is welded from carbon steel, and the surface is treated with rust prevention and spraying, and the surface is covered with stainless steel plate (SUS304).
2) The through-hole tensile structure of the stainless steel deck is used, together with the O-ring seal, so that the leakage of all bearing seats and support shafts on the deck that are prone to leakage may be reduced to zero.
3) The transmission system of the three in one machine is located under the table top of the frame, driven by a main motor and driven by gears.
