Vibrating disc plug

Automatic Upper Cover 
The lid is arranged on the guide rail through vibration to realize automatic capping, and there is no outer lid without bottle.









 

The capping machine adopts the centrifugal force principle by three hobs to close, roll and lock the cap (because the size and technical data of the bottle cap are different and the hardness of the material are different, the height of the adjusting block can be adjusted, and the locking force of the three hobs can be changed). Therefore, the machine can operate normally under the condition of aluminum caps and bottles of different sizes.
