This is an automatic capping machine equipped with an existing conveyor.At a rate of up to 30 caps per minute,it tightens different sizes of bottle caps,and we can customize the capping mold according to your needs. 1 The capping head
This is the most important part of the automatic capping machine .and it is very strong ,because it is made of special material.the number of the capping heads can be customized according to your output.the important part of the capping head is the sealing knife.We can adjust the distance between the sealing knife and the bottle mouth by rotating the screw on the capping head,then the capping head can suit bottles of different sizes.
2 Bottle sorting dial
We can customize the Bottle sorting dial according to the customer's bottle shape
3 Electric plate
It consists of electrical components such as PLC and relays. Conventional machines use well-known brands, and other brands of electrical components can also be selected according to customer needs.
4 Electric motor
Provide power for the sealing head, strong power can ensure the sealing effect to customer satisfaction
5 The adjusting handle
The single capping head capping machine can adjust use this handle,if you have bottles of different sizes ,then adjust the distance from the capping head to the conveyor belt by adjusting the handle to suit you bottles.and the adjust the sealing knife.and if you need we can design it to adjust through the touch screen
6 Operation panel
It is very easy to adjust the machine from the control panel.Use it to switch the machine on and off, adjust the sealing speed and the distance from the head to the conveyor line

Even though our machines are customzied as bottles size and shape, our plant also will reserve some parts on warehouse,such as electronic parts,frame,pump,SUS materials etc to shorten the delivery time.
3.Shipping: The normally used is by sea. If you are urgent, we can ship by air or express. In short, we will choose an economic shipping way for you.
4. Port: Qingdao, Shanghai etc,if you have forwarder in China,we can transport the filling machine to him directly
