Product Description

Product Introduction 
1.The computerized quantitative filling machine is composed of feeding system, weighing system, frame, pneumatic control, control system,  unpowered raceway, etc.
2.Feeding mode: continuous and stable feeding is required (pressurized feeding by feeding pump or hopper)
3.Filling method: ordinary conventional filling and lifting submerged filling (selected when ordering according to needs)
4.Frequency conversion deceleration system is adopted at the end of the filling process to automatically decelerate when approaching the  quantitative value to prevent overflow and ensure accuracy
5.Adopt vacuum back suction drip proof filling nozzle to prevent material dripping
6.The weighing system consists of weighing bracket, sensor and weighing platform, equipped with unpowered roller and rack support and filling system.
7.The weighing platform is not allowed to bear additional external force during use.
