Product Description

Product Introduction

3) The pump head is made of 316L stainless steel, which is acid and alkaline resistant and corrosion resistant.
4) The motor operation is adjusted by potentiometer, and the accuracy of filling time can be reduced to 0.01 seconds, so as to ensure the accuracy of filling, and the deviation is less than 2%.
5) The filling capacity is 5ml, and you can choose any volume according to your needs.
6) Complete functions, manual operation, intermittent pedal filling, automatic intermittent filling. The interval time can be adjusted.

 Working principle

Peristaltic pump filling machine is a small quantitative liquid filling machine with a built-in peristaltic pump. The main advantage of peristaltic pump is that it does not directly contact the liquid, but only through a hose, such as squeezing a hose full of fluid with your fingers, and the fluid in the pipe moves forward as your fingers slide forward. Peristaltic pump is also based on this principle, but the finger is replaced by the roller. The fluid is  pumped by alternately squeezing and releasing the elastic delivery hose of the pump. Just like squeezing the hose with two fingers, with the movement of fingers, negative pressure is formed in the pipe,and the liquid flows with it.
