This washing machine is developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing advanced technology introducing from abroad and is with international advanced level. It is mainly used for rising for 1st hand PET or glass bottles. It is advanced in construction , steadily in performance, safe in operation , easy in maintenance high in production efficiency, and the speed can be regulated infinitely. The rinser is the ideal choice for drink factories of small and middle size. The whole machine is made of SUS304. The spring clamp is by Italian design, can be slightly adjustable according to bottle neck size difference and can protect bottle neck. And water spray system is from American, make sure water spray averagely. Easy for clean and maintenance.
This machine is mainly used for cleaning new glass bottles or old cleaned bottles and polyester bottles before filling.It can be combined with filling machine, capping machine, conveyor and other packaging production line.
Details
1)The mechanical hand stamping parts and casting materials are all made of national standard 304 material, which ensures the corrosion resistance of the material.The manipulator has the characteristics of accurate positioning and easy turnover of the
bottle.
2)The Bottle pusher is made from organic polymer materials. It could push back or forward to adapt the bottle's diameter. When the automatic washing machine is running, this pusher could deliver the bottle from the front conveyor line to the washing machine automatically.
3)The Rinser part will wash the bottle automatically, which including the inside and outside surface.
4)The bottle gear is made from organic polymer materials. It could custom-made by the different bottle type. This part is responsible for take the bottle from bottle gear to mechanical hand. When the washing is finished, it will take the bottle back to the conveyor line.
